Development Plans

Development plans are created to help an employee master competencies or skills to progress to the next step on their career path.

A Development Plan is a list of training courses and other activities that an employee must accomplish to meet their goals. When Development Plan functionality is enabled for a user group, Development plans can be created by a direct manager, an upper level manager or admin, or by an employee.

Enable the Development Plan feature, and any sub-features, from the Core area of the Features screen. The following sub-features are available under Core » Development Plans:

  • Add Development Plan
    • Add Development Plan for Self
  • Add Development Plan Item
    • Add Development Plan Item for Self
  • Development Suggestions
  • Edit Development Plan Item
  • Past Development Plans
  • View Own Inactive Development Plans
